"It's so good to be able to recommend a professional that comes on time, does exactly what he says, and doesn't give absurdly low price quotes and not deliver a quality job. I've hired several "pros" that bid less than MLC per hour, with written expectations and a timeline. What always happens is that they bring slow, inexperienced day laborers and try to rush them instead of appropriately experienced workers. The last company I hired didn't even finish the job just weed-whacked my weeds, butchered my shrubs and left rubbish in piles (we had agreed it would be hauled). "I could not believe the success of my front yard project. It was smothered with bindweed, horse tails, buttercups and weeds and the shame of the neighborhood. Stuart's team aggressively attacked the root systems then added layers of enriched soil and organic compost. I now have a robust garden of blueberries, strawberries, poppies, a gorgeous Japanese Maple, and flowers/plants others I can't remember the names of. After 2 years it's expanded and is more beautiful. My neighbors are very grateful and the neighbor kids love the treats in the garden!"
